Introduction
AzAd Labs ("we," "us," or "our") operates AzAd Workspace and related organization services available through azadworkspace.com (collectively, the Workspace Services). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use AzAd Workspace.
AzAd Workspacecovers your organization's workspace platform — including admin, optional AzAd CRM, and mail — plus self-service trials such as CRM signup. Mail-centric information for the email product is also published at azademail.com/privacy/. See also our Compliance page and Terms of Service.
Information we collect
We may collect:
- Account and profile data — name, email address, organization affiliation, role, profile photo, and preferences you set in mail or admin settings.
- Mail and contact content — messages, attachment metadata, contacts, and labels stored to provide inbox, search, and directory features. Mail content is processed through our mail infrastructure and may be indexed for search where that feature is enabled.
- CRM and workspace trial data — information you submit when starting a CRM-only or workspace trial (name, work email, company), verification tokens, and provisioning metadata needed to create your organization.
- Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, approximate location derived from IP (for security and pricing display), sign-in timestamps, session identifiers, and actions recorded in audit logs.
- Billing data — organization billing contact, subscription tier, and payment status (payment card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us in full).
- Organization branding — logos and settings your administrator uploads.
- Marketing site (azadworkspace.com) — information you submit via the contact form (name, email, message, enquiry type) and security tokens from Turnstile where enabled. Our public marketing sites may use Google Analytics for aggregated traffic measurement only; we do not enable Google ads or remarketing signals there. We also record anonymous first-party pageviews (pathname and a random browser identifier) to operate our platform dashboard — no names, emails, or form content in those beacons.
How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve AzAd Workspace and related platform services;
- Authenticate users and enforce organization policies (including MFA);
- Deliver mail, contacts, admin, and (where licensed) CRM functions you request;
- Process subscriptions, trials, and communicate about billing;
- Monitor security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors;
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your mailbox content to train third-party AI models.
Sharing and processors
We share data only as needed to operate the Workspace Services— for example with infrastructure providers (hosting, DNS, mail delivery, payments) bound by confidentiality obligations. Your organization's administrators can access directory and audit data for users in their tenant. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security. Retention and security
We retain data for as long as your account or organization subscription requires, or as needed for legal and backup purposes. We use encryption in transit (TLS) for web and mail protocols and apply access controls in our control-plane databases. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong passwords and enable MFA when offered.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data. Mailbox users should contact their organization administrator first; administrators may reach us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
AzAd Workspace is intended for organizations and is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page on azadworkspace.comand update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
